User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You retain rights to the content you generate, subject to the rights of third parties and applicable law. By using Creano, you grant us a limited license to process content for the purpose of providing and improving the service.

  • Do not attempt to bypass limits, misuse the service, or interfere with its operation.
  • Respect the intellectual property and privacy of others.

Children’s Use

Creano is not directed to children under the age where parental consent is required by local law. Where applicable, verified consent from a parent or guardian is required before use.

Termination and Deletion

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this agreement or legal requirements. You may request to delete your account via the in‑app support channel. Upon deletion, we will remove or anonymize personal information subject to legal and security obligations.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creano and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

Changes to This Agreement

We may update this agreement from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes indicates acceptance. We will provide notice through the app or our website where appropriate.
